Prices for our courses, test subscriptions, and other paid services are determined at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a subscription or service has been purchased, the fee remains fixed for the Subscriber, and under no circumstances will BrainTree Coaching refund the difference if the price decreases after the purchase.
To help you make an informed decision, BrainTree provides free mock tests that allow you to experience our teaching methodology, question quality, and platform features before making a purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to try our free tests first.
Once you have accessed digital content (including tests, videos, or study materials) from your purchased subscription or course, refunds for change of mind are not available. This is because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

If you were charged more than once due to a technical or payment processing error, and the error is validated by BrainTree Coaching, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days.
