Braintree Coaching Australia (an Australian exam-preparation provider, not the PayPal payments service of a similar name) publishes the full price you pay in Australian dollars on every course page, and shows it again at checkout before you confirm. This page states what that fee includes, what is never charged on top, how refunds and payment plans work, and how long practice access runs. Compare providers on what the fee actually buys — access length, practice sets, mocks, and whether marked writing is listed — not on the headline number alone.

What is included in a Braintree Coaching Australia course fee?

A course fee covers everything listed on that course's page for the child enrolled in your account. The Pricing & Payment Policy lists what a fee typically includes. The table below restates that inclusions checklist, then adds one pack-dependent row so writing support is not promised on packs that only provide automated multiple-choice feedback.

Where a pack lists marked writing, Braintree Coaching Australia uses a hybrid AI + teacher workflow: an AI first-pass, then a qualified tutor confirms every qualitative judgement before you see it on the LMS. Turnaround times and the plain-English SLA live on our AI and teacher marking guide — this hub does not restate hours. Anything not listed on a course page — for example one-to-one tutoring or printed materials, where we offer them at all — is a separate service. If you are unsure whether something is part of a course, ask before you enrol.

How do you check a pack against this page?

The course page and the LMS checkout linked from it are the purchase truth. Read the common inclusions here, then open the pack you are actually buying.

Example 1 — NSW Selective Test Preparation. On 9 September 2026 the public page offered Ultimate Pack and Super Pack, each with 365 days of access. Premium Pack was not listed for purchase on that page. Super Pack listed reading, mathematical reasoning and thinking-skills papers, skill-builders, and writing prompts with feedback. Marked writing on that Super Pack uses hybrid AI + teacher marking (AI first-pass, tutor-confirmed). Open the enrol button on that outline: it goes to the classroom fast-checkout for the same pack.

Confirm the GST-inclusive total and any payment plan there — those figures are not copied onto this hub.

Example 2 — Opportunity Class course page. On the same date the public page also offered Ultimate Pack and Super Pack with 365 days of access. The Super Pack inclusion list is reading, mathematical reasoning, thinking skills and skill-builders. It does not list writing tasks. Do not expect teacher-confirmed writing on that Super Pack.

If a later checkout screen shows a different price or inclusion than the course page, treat checkout as binding and email support@braintreecoaching.com.au before you pay.

What is never charged extra?

Nothing is added on top of the advertised price. We do not charge sign-up fees, account-keeping fees, card surcharges, or a fee to cancel a subscription that has reached the end of its term. Where GST applies it is already included in the price shown, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay. We never store your card number — payments are handled by our payment provider — so there is no charge you have not seen first.

Preparing for the NSW Selective High School Placement Test or an ACER HAST scholarship-style exam with us does not mean buying a long list of separate add-ons.

How long do you get access — full year or just before the exam?

Access runs for the subscription period stated on each course page, not a short cram block bolted on before the exam. The two public Selective and Opportunity Class packs walked above both show 365 days. Other SKUs can differ, so read the length on the page you are buying. Practice questions and mock tests are available throughout that subscribed period — you do not pay again per practice set.

How does the cost compare with an in-centre cram course or a private tutor?

This methodology is a capability-per-dollar comparison: Braintree Coaching Australia asks parents to judge exam-prep value by what a fee actually buys in access length, practice sets, mocks, and (where listed) marked writing — not the headline number alone. A smaller headline price that covers less practice is not automatically better value. We deliberately do not publish other providers' dollar prices here: they change often, vary by suburb and year level, and quoting them would be guesswork.

The table below is a worksheet frame from how those models are usually sold in the market (private tutoring billed per hour; in-centre cram courses as a fixed block of weeks before the exam; our per-course subscription) and from Braintree Coaching Australia's published inclusions on each course page. Treat the tutor and in-centre columns as questions to check on each provider's own page — not as surveyed market averages. Dollar figures stay off this hub.

To use the frame: take a provider's published fee, note months of access plus practice sets and mock tests included, then divide for a like-for-like unit cost. For Braintree Coaching Australia, also check whether that course page lists marked writing — teacher confirmation is not in every pack.

"Included for the whole subscription" and "billed by the hour" are different products — compare what each fee buys, not only the headline number. How do monthly payment plans work?

A payment plan lets you pay in scheduled instalments instead of one upfront amount where that course's page or checkout offers one. This hub does not publish a list of eligible SKUs. Where a plan is offered:

• The total is the same. Instalments cost the same as paying upfront — no interest, no payment-plan surcharge.
• The schedule is shown first. The number of instalments, each amount and the dates appear before you agree.
• Access follows the plan. Your child's access continues while instalments are paid on time.

If a third-party "buy now, pay later" provider handles the instalments, that provider's own terms also apply to your arrangement with them, and Braintree Coaching Australia still receives the same total fee. Full detail is in the Pricing & Payment Policy.

Can you get a refund, or pause a course?

A Braintree Coaching Australia goodwill refund is available only when every published condition is met within seven days of purchase and paid content has barely been used; Australian Consumer Law remedies for faulty or misdescribed content always apply on top. Every course gives you free mock tests so you can judge our teaching and question quality before you spend anything. Because digital study material cannot be returned once opened, we do not refund a change of mind after purchased content has been substantially accessed.

As a goodwill gesture, a refund request may still be approved only where all of the following are true (the same six conditions as the Cancellation & Refund Policy):

• the request is submitted within seven days of purchase;
• less than 20% of the paid course content has been accessed;
• no more than two paid tests or lessons have been attempted;
• no writing task, essay or assignment has been submitted for marking;
• the account has not been shared or used across multiple users; and
• the request is not a change of mind after substantial use of the course.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — a remedy when content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose — always apply on top of this.

Do you offer sibling or loyalty discounts?

Sibling and loyalty discounts at Braintree Coaching Australia are arranged case by case rather than as a fixed published percentage.
