About this resource
Writing practice improves when the task is timed and the review is specific. A useful session has three parts: quick planning, a focused writing attempt, and a short reflection on structure and clarity.
The download includes prompts suitable for 25 to 30 minute practice sessions. Parents can use them to observe planning habits, paragraph control and whether the response answers the actual prompt.
Do not use every prompt in one sitting. Two well-reviewed attempts are more useful than a folder of unmarked writing.
