Braintree Coaching Australia runs a weekly WEMT program — Writing, English, Mathematics and Thinking Skills — for students preparing for the NSW Selective High School and Opportunity Class tests. Every week is three live small-group sessions with a subject teacher, including a dedicated homework-help session.

What is the WEMT weekly program?

The WEMT weekly program is three live sessions each week covering Writing, English (Reading), Mathematics and Thinking Skills — the four areas tested in NSW Selective and Opportunity Class exams. Two sessions teach the WEMT content; a third session is dedicated homework help. The full week is $90 per week.

Three hours of WEMT teaching plus a one-hour homework-help session — four hours a week in total. Class times below are Australian Eastern time.

Can my child take a single subject?

Yes. Thinking Skills and Writing are also offered as standalone one-hour classes for students who want to focus on one area. Each class is $72 and is capped at eight students so every child gets feedback.
